We know some of the features and systems at www.VideoFreeEarth.com can be a little confusing to the new comer.
So this note is to help explain the site and clarify what the features are about.
This site is sort of a combination of Role Playing Game, A Streaming Video Entertainment and A Social Networking program all rolled into one.
When you first sign up and log in, the HOME page has 3 areas of interest.
One the far left is the MENU column; from here you navigate the site. The MENU column will be on all pages thru out the site, and allow for easy and quick navigation. Menu Items to choose from are self explanatory.

When a new member (such as yourself) joins the site, they are permitted to make a personal profile and contact page and given 300 credits of VideoFreeEarth.com VIRTUAL money to start with.
The Virtual Money or CREDITS have NO cash value, and cannot be returned for cash prizes or pay outs. This is NOT gambling and credits/virtual money is for amusement and gaming purposes only.
However, the virtual money/credits have VALUE in that they can be used to UNLOCK or ACCESS special features in the site, and used to view/download media content like videos, movies, mp3 files etc..
There are several ways to acquire additional credits within the site. Some emulate gambling games like Black Jack and Poker, but then you risk loosing the $300 credits you were given to start with.
There are other games and puzzles to acquire credits that are free of risk, and allow members to MINE the games to earn credits. Money Tower is one such mining game which will be explained elsewhere.
Admin's Boxes are a daily opportunity for members to acquire risk free credits. Every day each member is permitted to take 1 free box from Admin's Boxes. This too, will be explained elsewhere.
We are developing several new games and activities for earning virtual income and credits within the VideoFreeEarth.com website, and these will be rolled out as available.
The CREDITS/VIRTUAL MONEY can be used for playing some of the games (like Poker ) or for accessing media content.
To access Media Content, credits can be exchanged for BADGES.
BADGES are like ACCESS PASSES. Certain Badges give the member clearance to visit a section of the website, or to view media content that is not available to members without the Badge possessing that clearance.
Badges also assign RANK or STATUS to the possessor of any given Badge.
For instance, the HIGH ROLLER raises the limits at the gambling emulation games.
The HEMPIRE Badge permits the holder to view the exclusive ONLINE presentation of THE HEMPIRE STRIKES BACK (An original feature documentary movie with Jack Herer, Woody Harrelson, Bill Maher, Ralph Nader and other.)
The ONLY way to see this movie is to acquire enough credits to exchange for the HEMPIRE badge.
Once you have added the HEMPIRE badge to your profile, the links and buttons to view Hempire Strikes Back will appear and become useable to you in the MEDIA PLAYER section of the menu.
Even without Badges, we often post cool media ( mp3s + videos ) to be freely viewed by all members so be sure to check the Media Player Menu often to see if new content has been added.
As the site grows, and new Content is acquired and added, the virtual money/credits will become increasingly useful and desirable to have.
